Yes recently I wrote about food and Whisky pairing and
how I’m not in favour of it and don’t think it matches anything, so being a glutton
for punishment and being that I love
people saying to me “but you said the opposite”. I ventured along to the Angels
Share Whisky bar in Hong Kong and tried there tasting menu paired with Whisky,
so below here it is.
My thoughts overall was it was a good night, good food
and some good and bad Drams, though overall a good night, notice I said each
separate as I would eat the food without the Drams and vice versa, matching? Eh!
